Trusting Jesus

Trusting Jesus includes believing that He is the Savior of the world and your personal Savior as well. The depth of Jesus’ love for you is measured by the fact that He was willing to become human, suffer and die for your sins. His resurrection just three days after His death proves His victory over sin and Satan. Through faith in Jesus we not only receive power, hope and joy for each day of our life here on earth … we know that our future is not eternal death and suffering but salvation and eternal joy in Heaven.

The Christian Bible tells of God’s love for you: God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son (Jesus) into this wicked world to bring to us eternal life through his death. In this act we see what real love is: it is not our love for God but his love for us when he sent his Son to satisfy God’s anger against our sins. 1 John 4:9-10 (TLB)

The Bible also shares the importance of faith in Jesus: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12 (NIV)
